Job Description

• Available 40 hours a week

• Highly organized, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently follow-up person responsible for immediate resolution
  
• Reply/follow-up emails with urgency
  
• Received and organize emails on a daily basis
  
• Updating our data
  

Requirements

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• 1-3 years experience doing Account payable/Audit/Bookkeeping
  
• Knowledgeable to various applications but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneNote, Excel), Slack, Egnyte
  
• Computer literate and tech-savy
